These Terms govern your use of CSRA Find ("we," "us," the "Service") at csrafind.com. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What CSRA Find is

CSRA Find is a local directory that helps people discover food, events, and local services in the Central Savannah River Area. Listings are compiled from publicly available sources and user submissions and are provided for general informational purposes.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

We work to keep listings useful, but we do not guarantee that any information — hours, addresses, phone numbers, prices, event dates, or anything else — is accurate, complete, or current. Listings may be outdated or contain errors. Always confirm details directly with the business or organizer before relying on them. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information found here.

3. Featured (paid) listings

Some listings are marked "Featured" and are paid placements by advertisers. Paid placement affects where a listing may appear but does not constitute an endorsement or a guarantee of quality. All listings — paid or not — are subject to the same accuracy disclaimer above.

4. Submissions you make

If you suggest or claim a listing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or include others' private information. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and display that information in the directory. We may review, edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion.

5. Business owners

If you own or operate a business listed here, you may claim your listing or contact us to request corrections or removal. We review such requests and act on them in good faith, but we don't guarantee a specific outcome or timeframe.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-copy the directory or resell its data; use the Service to send spam or harass others; submit false, misleading, or infringing content; or interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

7. Intellectual property

The CSRA Find name, design, original content, and the directory as a compiled whole are owned by us and protected by applicable law. Business names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Third-party links

The Service links to third-party websites (such as business sites and Google Maps). We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
